Financial Representative

We are currently seeking financial representatives to join our highly productive and growing firm.

Client Engagement Manager

We are looking for an energetic client engagement manager to develop, influence and manage marketing programs. Execute a marketing strategy that captures the Heritage Planning Partners brand and focuses on growing the business, foster client growth, and retention by using data to drive the strategy. Provide sales and branding support to all our advisors.


Planning & Wealth Management Intern

Work closely with Planning & Wealth Management team along with the firm’s partners and financial advisors. You will be exposed to, and assist with various finance, analysis and other portfolio activities.

Responsibilities: (but are not limited to)

  • Assist in preparation of investment recommendation
  • Attend and actively participate in planning meetings
  • Compile data, prepare reports
  • Data enter in operating systems
  • Assist in the creation of collateral
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
  • Strong oral and written communication and attention to details
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong ability to work independently and to deadlines
